2 weeks after my 100 day challenge.

Excuse the hair, doing Gigi duty and forgot to take pic before we went for a walk. Anyways, while I was on my challenge, I had decided that drinking every day/evening was something I wasn’t going to return to. I made a new challenge for myself, and yes I wrote it down, that when I do drink it will only be on Fridays and Saturdays. So far all is good in the hood. I drank for the first time April 19th, it was fun, but Saturday morning was not. I did not miss that feeling at all, actually I don’t think I ever felt that shitty. Also a very slow start to the day. A very good reminder that mostly sober is a good thing.

I feel good about my outlook on the whole alcohol thing, even went to dinner with my sister and just had my club soda and lime. My family thinks I look better physically after the challenge, which I have to agree, I’ve said it before, and I’m going to say it again, I wish I would’ve lost some weight. All in all I think I have gained knowledge about myself and how to treat myself. I like waking up with piss and vinegar and ready to take on the day. I like feeling in control of alcohol instead of it controlling me. Now onto the challenge of getting back into a swimsuit before summer is over.
